Richard built a hi-spec townhouse for me a few years back. He is a top tradesman and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a first class builder. I built a second house using another builder as Richard was booked out and I wanted to get on with job. What a big mistake that was as the guy I used was full of crap and couldn't build to save himself.
